Certification of facilities in accordance with the German Packaging Law Implementation Act and the latest applicable audit guideline
Confidentiality matters to us.
We provide offers which are tailored individually and per your requirements.
Our services are transparent and comprehensible.
We certify facilities for you in accordance with the German Packaging Law Implementation Act (VerpackDG).
The German Packaging Law Implementation Act (VerpackDG) aims, among other things, to ensure that packaging is recycled. To ensure compliance with the requirements of the VerpackDG, the “Prüfleitlinien Mengenstromnachweis Systeme” (Audit Guidelines for System Mass Flow Verification) and the “Prüfleitlinien Branchenlösungen” (Audit Guidelines for Sector-Specific Solutions) issued by the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (ZSVR – Central Agency Packaging Register) stipulate that anyone processing or recycling plastic packaging, liquid packaging board or fibre-based composite packaging (other composite packaging) originating from dual systems or sector-specific solutions must provide a certificate as evidence of the facility’s suitability. The same requirement applies to mechanical processing facilities for aluminium packaging. The certificate must be issued by a registered expert. A certificate is valid for a maximum of 24 months.
Considering all legal requirements, we have developed a standardised inspection scheme at a high level that all obligated parties and authorities recognise.
As a next step, we prepare the results report, and the expert assessment is sent to the client on time. Of course, the audit procedure is subject to the confidentiality customary in business transactions.
