One of the aims of the German Packaging Act is to recycle packaging. To ensure that the requirements of the Packaging Act are met, the inspection guidelines for mass flow verification of systems and the inspection guidelines for industry solutions of the Central Packaging Register Foundation stipulate that anyone who reprocesses or recycles plastic packaging, liquid cartons and fibre-based composite packaging (other composites) from dual systems or industry solutions must submit a certificate as proof of the suitability of the system. The same applies to mechanical processing facilities for aluminium packaging. The certificate must be issued by a registered expert. The validity period of a certificate is a maximum of 24 months.

Considering all legal requirements, we have developed a standardised inspection scheme at a high level that all obligated parties and authorities recognise.

As a next step, we prepare the results report, and the expert assessment is sent to the client on time. Of course, the audit procedure is subject to the confidentiality customary in business transactions.
