Your notification of single-use plastic products under the Single-Use Plastics Fund Act (EWKFondsG) requires verification and a qualified electronic signature by a registered auditor (§ 11 Abs. 1 EWKFondsG). The verified notification and an audit report must be submitted to the Federal Environment Agency by the manufacturer by May 15 of the following year for the previous year. The audit must be conducted for the first time in 2025.
